I've been in the HVAC trade for nearly two decades. I've worked for the big companies — the ones with the billboards, the call centers, and the commissioned salespeople. And I watched, year after year, as homeowners got pressured into repairs they didn't need, replacements that could have waited, and service agreements that benefited the company far more than the customer.
I started Taylor HVAC Co. in 2007 because I believed — and still believe — that homeowners deserve a straight answer. If your system needs a $200 part, I'll tell you that. If it needs to be replaced, I'll tell you that too, explain why, and give you a fair price. No agenda. No quota. No pressure.
